Courses
are held at:
SUSSEX OSTEOPATH & COMPLIMENTARY HEALTH CLINIC

On:
Saturdays or Sundays 1pm - 3.30pm
(Evenings are available if this is more convenient for
parents)
The course lasts for 5 sessions (preferably over 5 weeks,
but can be done in a shorter time if necessary) and
includes the official Hypnobirthing book, the official
Hypnobirthing CD, a CD of relaxation music, instruction
sheets, refreshments and e-mail support until you birth
your baby.
Group classes are limited to a maximum of 3 couples.
Fees: £250 per couple - for group classes
Private class - £450 per couple
I take an £80 deposit upon booking - the remainder is
payable at the beginning of the course.
Early
booking is advisable as you will then be able to practice
the techniques taught as part of your daily routine up
until you begin your labour. Between 15 and 22 weeks is
preferable, but if you are past 22 weeks - don't worry,
please call me as we can work in a schedule that is right
for you!
